I love to spend at least part of everyday at or near a beach!
Just sitting, breathing the clean, fresh air..watching the surf break along the sand & feeling the healing energy of Mother Nature is enough to make me realize how lucky I am to have the beach as part of my life.
Peaceful, tranquil & majestic all at once. Uncontrollable beauty with awesome sense of rebellion. What a combination!

A dream is a wish your heart makes when you’re fast asleep!
My heart has dreamt so much of beaches & warm tropical breezes that I have found myself here, daily enjoying the beautiful beaches of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
As with all things in life, living your dream is possible if you truly believe.
Dream. Believe. Trust in yourself & you too can find yourself living right in the middle of what once was a dream…YOUR dream!

Nikki Beach Cabo
Pull up a bed & lounge by the pool at Nikki Beach in Cabo San Lucas!
Be a part of the beautiful scene here….order drinks & lunch to eat in your comfy bed while you soak up the sun.
Everywhere you look there are palm trees stretching up to meet the deep blue sky.
Look beyond the edge of the deck out onto the beach & the beckoning waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Medano Beach
Here is a typical sight seen on the famoso playa Medano in Cabo San Lucas.
Medano Beach is the main beach in the tourist zone of this town & the vendors are usually out in full force, selling all sorts of treasures in every color of the rainbow!
Very often, the two words you hear yourself saying the most whilst sitting on this beach are ‘no gracias’!! However, if you are in the mood to shop, you will find an almost irresistible array of items to choose from right at the edge of your beach blanket!
No matter what the case….a day on Medano Beach…complete with all the action offered here, is a day well spent!!
Palms in the Breeze
This is what I see now when I look up from my ever so comfortable spot just outside the front door of my new home!
Palm trees…contrast against the deep blue sky, swaying in the gentle, tropical breeze. This is a sight that never gets old for me.
Each day is a new opportunity to discover more of what this fabulous place has to offer.
Give me the chance to plant myself underneath a palm tree & gaze up into the endless clear blue sky & I’ll be there!
Peaceful & serene, these wonders of nature are always a treat for those of us who come from lands where the cold of winter does not allow for them to naturally grace our presence.
There you have it…if you don’t find me sitting under a majestic palm somewhere, you know you WILL see me on the beach!
Blue Skies Again
Another glorious day!
Blue skies again & I am off to explore all that this wonderful place has to offer.
Gorgeous beaches, delicious food, relaxation or endless adventure, all in one fabulous location!
Whatever it is your heart desires, you can surely find it somewhere here in the Baja California Sur.

Another Beach Day
Another day & I’m doing my favorite thing…walking on a fabulously warm & tropical beach!
This particular beach can be found in Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific side of the Marina near Land’s End or finesterra. Great for walking & exploring but very dangerous for swimming.
Whales can be seen playing off shore and baby mantarays jump out of the water all around!
This is also a fabulous sunset watching beach. Night after night the spectacular display will not disappoint.

Beach Bunny Fun in the Sun
Take a walk along the sandy shores of the Sea of Cortez in the Baja California state of Mexico & you will find yourself filled with a refreshing, peaceful energy that calms and caresses you.
The swimming beaches & bays are sometimes hard to get to, but well worth the effort when you do find them!
Take a dip in the freshness of the sea on a hot and balmy tropical afternoon & immediately feel rejuvenated & alive!
This is the way to spend a lazy day….swimming, strolling the beach, collecting colorful rocks & shells that have found their way onto the shore.
Beach bunnies everywhere enjoy spending a lot of time on the beaches of the world…I am just one of those types.

On the Beach
Here I am….back on the beach and loving every minute of it.
For these types of days, I think the pictures say it all!
This is a sample one of the many beautiful, practically endless beaches you can find when you explore the coastline along the Pacific Ocean.
This particular beach is just off the main road that takes you from Cabo San Lucas to the towns of Cerritos & Todo Santos.
It’s well worth the drive to get out and explore the miles of coastline of the southern tip of the Baja.
Endless deserted, white sandy beaches are waiting to be explored. Those who take the time to venture out of the downtown areas of the Baja will not be disappointed!
Beaches upon beaches and lots of magical moments are yours to find…spectacular and peaceful all at once along these breathtaking sandy shores.
